Coaching

Business coaching is an ideal way to make people and organizations more successful in a holistic way. With our comprehensive services, we contribute on several levels so that business coaching can reach its full potential.

We train individuals to become Systemic Business Coaches or Systemic Team Coaches. Our long experience in business coaching and in developing programs and facilitating impactful training helped us to have probably one of the best business coaching training in the world.

Apart from providing state of the art coaching for individuals and teams, we support companies, personnel managers and personnel developers with a wide range of services to successfully use business coaching in personnel development - whether in the selection of coaches for their coach pool, in the form of coach assessments, by supporting the implementation of a company-wide coaching culture or by means of team coaching.

As coaching skills are in high demand also for leaders, we train them to use coaching skills to develop and support their own direct reports.

Already trained and certified business coaches regularly find with us short seminars, workshops, or supervision evenings, which are specially designed to further develop their own skills.
